How can I obtain Auto ID Cards and/or Certificates of Insurance?

You can obtain these documents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging into the client portal located on the home page of our website.  If you do not have a username and password for our client portal, please call us at 407-472-9600 or toll-free at 877-933-2550. 

To add a new certificate holder and/or additional insured to your policy, please contact us by phone or email.  You will not be able to add/edit/delete policy information via the client portal.
